The Redd Reef Offshore Open is more than a fishing tournament—it’s a nonprofit event and a tribute to Captain David Redd, a cherished leader in Charleston’s fishing community. Held in the waters he loved most, this annual tournament brings together anglers, sponsors, and supporters to compete, connect and give back. All proceeds support the David Redd Reef through the South Carolina Memorial Reef, ensuring his legacy lives on by enriching a resource for the sportfishing community.
